Join us for a post-Memorial Day Weekend cleanup
The Jemez always sees much use and, unfortunately, abuse over Memorial Day Weekend. New Mexico Wild and other NGOs have teamed up with Forest Service Jemez District staff to address the aftermath by hosting a trash cleanup event. We will convene at the Jemez Ranger Station (51 Woodsy Ln, Jemez Springs, NM 87025) at 9 am, where we will receive tools and bags from the Forest Service. From there, we'll head to our assigned locations for cleanup. Please bring lunch and some snacks, water, sunscreen, gloves, and sturdy footwear.
