Snugpak Snugnut Insulated Winter Hats are your ideal cold weather companions.
Engineered for comfort, these Snugnut hats are made with high-quality materials, ensuring a snug fit without compromising on breathability. The outer Paratex Light fabric is windproof to 3 cubic feet/minute with a breathability rating of 12 litres/m²/24h, and water resistant due to its close weave and the application of a Durable Water Repellent (DWR) coating.
The insulation layer utilises Snugpaks Softie® Premier, a synthetic polyester that mimics the softness and warmth of down, that also retains heat if wet. This works well in combination with the TS1 polyester inner fabric that has the feel and softness of suede.
The peak on these caps has a flexible rim that can be lifted away from the face using the Velcro fastening. The contoured sides and drop back provide insulation for the ears and lower neck, whilst a leatherette chin strap can be used in windy conditions to keep the hat secure. These hats are designed to fix a maximum head circumference of 64cm / 25".
